As a professional chef, she’s been serving culinary delights for more than 20 years. Originally from Australia, she made her way to the sunny shores of the West coast of the United States, where she created her own company, “Justine’s Private Cuisine.”
She’s also passionate about preparing her food with concern for the environment, and endeavors to lead by example. When it comes to sustainability, she’s proud of being a farm-to-table private chef who uses locally sourced, organic ingredients and sustainable foods.
In addition to her amazing and inspiring work, she’s also a wife and a mom as well as a world traveler. From Sydney to Paris and lots of places in between, her delightful humor and incredible culinary skills are only the beginning.
